SERVICE:

Maxmat's founder placed his first service-steps in the motorcar sector. By playing and growing up at the local Lancia and Ferrari concession holder, already a lot of passion for technique was taken up. A study direction specific to the motorcar sector followed, to graduate later as a motorcar expert.

Later on, as responsible for the import and partitioning of Grove Manlift machines, this basis has been proven very usefull.

The contribution of Ing. Claudio D'agnolo in the technical communication between the Italian constructeurs and MaxMat are not to underestimate as an advantage.

This technical background and experience are the basis for the aftersales service of MaxMat.

MaxMat is building a national and independent service network:

- Trafic jams have become an everyday reality in our region and usualy they result in unacceptable high services costs for breakdown which present in most cases not much at all. These costs can only be kept reasonable by means of a local service assistance.

- A slightly more difficult intervention usualy exist for about 80% out of information which has to come from the manufacturer and only 20% from effective service work. MaxMat takes care of the 80% and your or our local service manages the breakdown easily.

- Regional service companies appropriate themselves more rapidly and better to to the expectations of users from their own region. They are on the same wave lenght.

Of cource we come ourselves on the spot if necessary or you can bring your machine in to our workshop.
