Outrigger pads in polyethylene:
Outrigger pads enhance in an important degree to the safety at all lifting and elevating jobs. Only if the capacitance of the ground is large enough to support the load, which is carried out by means of the outriggers on the floor, the machine can maintain its stable work position.
Elevating and lifting equipment is used at the most divergent places. In nearly all cases the real supporting capability of the ground is unknown. Thus a large responsibility rests on the user. He must take care that the stabilizer pressure is divided suitably on the ground. Polyethylene outrigger pads are the solution to the problem.
They are used on: mobile cranes, construction cranes, truck mounted cranes, reachtrucks, aerial work platforms, concrete pumps, scaffolding, construction elevators, ...
In comparison with wood or steel polyethylene has important advantages:

It is not a recycled product of which the raw materials have already served and where inevitably impurities are processed in.

There where heavy equipment is used we see always the same problem emerging:
- or the floor is damaged by the used equipment
- or the equipment is damaged because of the ground conditions
Polyethylene ground protection mats bring out the solution here.
They are used for: Protection of lawns (football fields, tennis fields, golf areas, recreation fields) protection of vulnerable floors, as provisional foot path on swampy or unstable ondergrond.
Several dimensions in both length, breadth and cross-section, create possibilities for all applications. The course area can be equipped with a rubber antiskid coating.

Polyethylene loading ramps:
In situations where (heavy) machines on crawler undercarriage or tyres need to bridge safely height differences, classical ramps do not always provide the desired solution:
- Aluminium ramps are often not strong enough, don’t give enough grip, or get damaged to fast.
- Steel ramps are heavy and can rust.
- Wooden ramps do rot quickly or get damaged to fast.
Polyethylene ramps provide the better solution here.
They can be used for loading or unloading machinery or to bridge differences inside buildings or job yards.
